Once again I found myself wildly unprepared come the beginning of December and despite my best intentions I didn't get Christ as cards out this year. I do love receiving them and feel hypocritical that I don't send them. Maybe next year I will remember they need to be ordered before mid December and a full year of hybrid driving will allow me to quite my inner tree-hugger and waste paper on letters.
I will have you know that we did sit down and write our favorite moments of the year to send out. Because I love looking back and reading then I will share them here instead-in no particular order

This year has been amazing. We were talking about the unfairness of life the other day. Many time ps this year we have felt like life maybe isn't as fair as we would like. Without fail we realize life really is amazingly unfair, but not in the way we first thought. Our blessings are beyond what we deserve, the scale is always tipped to the side of wonderfully blessed. Of course the greatest blessing, and hopefully an easy one to remember at Christmastime, is our loving Heavenly Father and our Savior. Without their strength, comfort and peace there is little chance we would have made it through 2012 without going crazy. But we made it through and it truly was our best year yet!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year love John Lindsay and Caleb
